Bought in Japan. Interesting plate that has aspects of South Chinese Swatow/Zhangzhou wares. Also elements that can be found on Japanese pieces and on Late 16th century pieces that have kinrande decoration. The plate remains a mystery to us but it seems to float between many types and thus could prove to be a very interesting linking plate
