In this pastoral landscape, figures and animals convey themes of love. A man leaning on his cane watches a stag and doe, symbols of gentle harmony and courtship. Nearby, another scene shows a man and woman beside a reclining bull: the man gestures toward the animal, while the woman holds a wineskin. Together, the deer and bull suggest a contrast between innocent affection and earthly passion.
